Cyndal Reumer / Founding Director & Licenced Conveyancer

Cyndal is a Licensed Conveyancer with over a decade of experience in property law and conveyancing. Having begun her career within large legal practices, she developed a strong foundation in the legal and procedural aspects of property transactions before establishing Genuine Legal Group. Her expertise spans all areas of conveyancing, including residential purchases and sales, off-the-plan developments, subdivisions, business purchase and sales, Stamp Duty exemptions and concessions and family transfers.

As Director, Cyndal leads with a client-focused approach — combining legal precision with genuine care. She is dedicated to ensuring every transaction is handled with transparency, efficiency, and professionalism, while making what can be a complex process as seamless and stress-free as possible.

Cyndal is an active member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers and is recognised as a leader in her field through her appointment to the PEXA Member Advisory Council (2022–2025) and the SERV Customer Advisory Board (Titles Office). In these roles, she contributes to industry development and helps shape best practices across the sector.

Outside of work, Cyndal enjoys being actively involved in her local community and volunteering at her children’s school. She values time spent with family and friends and loves escaping for some much-needed downtime by the beach.
